This site is meant to serve as a repository of important information regarding pressure campaigns related to MBR (Marshall BioResources), MBR animals, or laboratory testing in general in the US. There is no organization associated with this site and there are no financial contributions from other. Just one tech nerd in his mothers basement.
The author of this site does not support the aggressive language used by CAFT (Coalition to Abolish the Fur Trade) or SHAC (Stop Huntington Animal Cruelty). I also do not support the strategy of property destruction to inflict financial strain that we have seen with people associated with ALF (Animal Liberation Front) or SHAC.
Why is this site needed?
People have been sitting outside MBR hundreds of times and the company has seen no meaningful set back from these efforts. Meanwhile CAFT’s pressure campaign strategy has led us to over 18 victories in a row against the fashion industries largest brands – including Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Vogue magazine. We need a new strategy based less on intuition and more on results.
